1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a formal confirmation via WhatsApp or Email from Dewandaru, along with a valid booking invoice/voucher.

1.2. No Advance Deposit Required

We do not require any down payment or deposit to secure your booking. Booking is based on mutual trust, and your slot is fully guaranteed once confirmed by our team.

1.3. Full Payment

The total tour price must be settled in full on the day of the tour. Payment can be made in cash (IDR) directly to our driver/representative at the designated Meeting Point before the tour begins.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

2.1. Cancellation Notification

Since no deposit is collected, we kindly ask customers to notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time if they need to cancel or change their plans.

2.2. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the meeting point without any prior cancellation notice (No-Show), the booking will be automatically canceled after a 30-minute waiting period.

2.3. Cancellation by Dewandaru

Dewandaru reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, volcanic activity alerts from local authorities, or sudden technical issues with the Jeep.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Scope

Since payments are made directly on-site before the tour starts, refund issues prior to the tour date do not apply.

3.2. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

Once the tour has started and payment has been made, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if specific natural phenomena fail to appear (e.g., fog/clouds blocking the Sunrise/Sunset, or cloudy skies blocking Stargazing/Milky Way). This is because the transportation, driver services, tickets, and operational logistics have already been fully utilized.

3.3. Mid-Tour Cancellations

If the tour must be cut short or canceled midway by Dewandaru due to sudden dangerous weather or safety hazards, a fair partial refund or alternative compensation will be discussed and negotiated on-site.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1. Free Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their tour to another date free of charge, provided the request is made at least 12–24 hours prior to the original departure time, subject to vehicle and guide availability.

5. Participant Liability & Safety

5.1. Health & Physical Condition

The 4x4 Jeep tour involves off-road terrain that can be bumpy and rough. Participants must be in good health. This tour is strictly not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back/neck medical histories, or heart conditions.

5.2. Personal Belongings

Dewandaru is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items (cameras, phones, wallets, sunglasses, etc.) during the tour. Participants are fully responsible for securing their own belongings.

5.3. Damage to Property

Any intentional damage caused by the customer to the Jeep, equipment, or properties provided by Dewandaru will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
